"Touching the Present" explores the beliefs and assumptions we make about ourselves, and the world around us, and how they determine whether we experience happiness or sorrow, ease or distress in any given moment. Pema Chodron explores with us the subtle process and how we can touch the world in a way that is clear and empathetically connected. Her assistant teacher, Tim Olmsted, guides us through a meditation practice that allows us to stay balanced and present as we navigate currents of our lives. This 11 CD set includes 4 talks by Pema, 3 guided meditation sessions with Tim Olmsted, and questions and answer sessions with Pema. Ships in 24 hours or less!! In most cases the very same day.
